Sur Coffee

When Bear Coast wound down its Laguna room, Sur stepped in the next morning — a roastery inheriting a cafe from its friends, which is about as Orange County coffee as a handover gets. The room keeps the laid-back surf energy of this end of Coast Highway, with Sur's direct-trade roast now in the hoppers.

The coffee is Sur's own — sourced directly from farmers the brand names and roasted on the 5kg Mill City in San Clemente — poured as espresso and pour-overs. Fresh pastries and a simple breakfast menu ride along.
