Curator’s note

Eight single origins named to farm or washing station — Bishan Wate, Masha Kayanza — sit on a menu otherwise given over to roughly sixty flavored lattes and matcha drinks. It is a serious sourcing program running underneath a dessert-drink business, though whoever writes that board prints the washing station and then leaves the roaster and the roast date off entirely.

  • A farm-named pour-over
  • Croffles and brunch until 4 p.m.
  • Matcha and flavored lattes
  • Coffee until 10 p.m.

The coffee

The pour-over list ran eight lots in August 2026 — Ethiopia Bishan Wate, Burundi Masha Kayanza, Costa Rica Espiritu San Luis, two Colombias — each carrying its varietal in the title, but who roasts any of it goes unsaid. Bags of largely the same lots sell through the Costa Mesa sibling's menu; Buena Park's own online menu carries no retail section.

A light wood-slat facade with planters and outdoor seats opens onto marble-top tables and dark bentwood chairs, all of it under the same circular monogram the brand puts on everything and shoots in black and white. The address is an upper floor of The Source OC, the Korean-culture mall on Beach Boulevard, which makes a room this composed a genuine surprise to walk into.
