Interlude Coffee
Three months old on Greenleaf Avenue, with a $7 pour-over on its own menu line.
Curator’s note
Three months old and already running pour-over as its own $7 line, separate from a drip that rotates single origins — that is a shop that decided what it was before it opened. The bags read Familia Cifuentes and Phantom Geisha, both Huckleberry lots, though Interlude puts no roaster's name on anything of its own.
The coffee
The ordering page lists Pour Over as its own $7 item, separate from rotating single-origin drip — a manual-brew program the operator spells out in plain language. Three retail bags include a Familia Cifuentes lot and a Phantom Geisha, both tracing to Huckleberry Roasters through outside retailers, though Interlude names no roaster on its own pages.
The shop sits on Greenleaf Avenue in Uptown Whittier, a walkable stretch of older storefronts, and the room is only months old — worth seeing in person while it is still this new.
